Welcome to Parcel Pointer ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Parcel Pointer is a web-based logistics analytics platform that helps small businesses track, digitize, and analyze UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL shipping receipts and billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies. We do not offer live carrier connections, package tracking, or guaranteed savings.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all shipping data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. Uploaded files are stored privately. You may delete your records at any time from Settings; your uploaded files are then queued for removal from storage.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Plan allowances (e.g., unique shipments per billing period) are described on the Pricing page. Unused allowance does not roll over. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We may offer promotional pricing from time to time, including a first-month-free coupon code. Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer, apply to the initial billing period only, and convert to the standard subscription price at the start of the next billing cycle. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offerings at any time.
The Parcel Pointer platform, branding, software, and analytics are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission. Your uploaded data remains yours.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data, cost-saving estimates, or findings. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data against your original source documents before relying on it. Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcel Pointer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parcel Pointer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
