About Parcel Pointer

Parcel Pointer audits parcel invoices for businesses billed directly by UPS or FedEx. Upload the invoice file you already download from your carrier, and we show which charges deserve a second look.

We flag duplicate charges, totals that do not add up, and fees out of line with the rest of your invoice. You review each flag, and Parcel Pointer builds the dispute packet for the ones you choose to file.

It works best for teams shipping 50 or more packages a week on their own carrier account. If you buy labels through a store or label app, your carrier invoice may not be available to you.

You pay a flat monthly price, never a share of your credits. Your data stays yours, and you can export or delete it at any time. Carrier names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
